Pure Philippine sugarcane juice rum from Rainforest distillery, founded in 2021 by Marc Schulze in Bukidnon (Mindanao). Manpu cane variety, long fermentation 10-12 days with dunder and muck, pot still distillation, aging in chardonnay casks.
