"Alon is a true briny parenthesis in the range. From the first tasting, I perceive an unexpected freshness, almost maritime, mixed with the house's signature sweetness. It's a rum I love to suggest as an aperitif, as it evokes the sea air, fresh cane and a certain lightness. An ideal summer edition, refined and surprising, showing another facet of the Don Papa style."
