Nose
Dark notes of cocoa, warm spices, dried fruits and a slightly smoky touch from the Islay casks.
Palate
Intense and complex mouthfeel. Dark chocolate, raisins, oriental spices and subtle peat in the background.
Finish
Long and bewitching finish with persistent smoky and spicy notes.

"Gayuma is the more mysterious, more intense Don Papa. Personally, I find it fascinating. Aged in a combination of casks that held bourbon, Rioja and Islay whisky, it develops darker notes: cocoa, spices, dried fruits, with a slightly smoky touch. I recommend it to those who like to go off the beaten path and discover a deeper, almost enchanting Don Papa."
