"If you like pronounced maturations, this one is for you. Partially aged in sherry casks, this Don Papa gains in richness and depth. Personally, I love its notes of dried fruits, raisins, nuts and dark caramel. It's a more structured, more gastronomic rum that I gladly reserve for a composed tasting, at the end of a meal."
